A reusable travel ecosystem for WorldMark and Club Wyndham
Making the path from inspiration to arrival feel certain.
I designed across public marketing, signed-in owner tools, and a reusable Adobe AEM component system. The work connects destination discovery, ownership value, availability, booking, and trip management while preserving the voice of two distinct brands.

Role
Senior Product Designer
Product strategy, interaction design, responsive systems, prototyping, and cross-functional delivery.
Scope
WorldMark and Club Wyndham marketing and owner experiences, delivered through a reusable Adobe AEM component system.
Platform
Responsive desktop, tablet, and mobile web across public and signed-in experiences.
Product areas
Homepage, search, resort discovery, resort details, booking, reservations, credits, account management, and cross-brand components.
Owner reservation system
The signed-in experience turns ownership resources into a trip.
I connected account orientation, resort exploration, booking, and trip management as one owner journey. Each stage carries forward the context required for the next decision and supports an owner who may leave and return later.
Orient
See account status, credits, and the travel tasks that need attention.
Explore
Search resorts and dates, compare availability, and understand tradeoffs.
Commit
Review the selected stay with enough context to confirm it confidently.
Manage
Return to upcoming and past trips, then modify, cancel, or plan again.
Reservation flow
Every booking step answers a different kind of uncertainty.
I designed search, monthly availability, traveler information, and payment as a sequence of decisions whose context accumulates, not as a set of disconnected forms.
Search and offer context
Monthly availability
Traveler information
Review and pay
01
Search with ownership context
Bonus Time, resorts, dates, filters, map position, and offer rules remain part of the same search state.
02
Make availability comparable
Monthly inventory, suite types, credits, and low-availability signals support tradeoff decisions before selection.
03
Keep commitment visible
Traveler information, guest details, reservation summary, and a booking countdown stay together as the flow progresses.
04
Explain the final transaction
Charges, payment methods, credits, cancellation policy, and contact support are visible before confirmation.
Ownership and account
The system explains what owners have, what they can use, and what they can change.
I organized credits, certificates, services, purchase, transfer, and education around the decisions owners make with their membership.
I treated personal information, authentication, two-step verification, and preferences as parts of the same trust relationship.
Ownership credits
Account security
Trip management
The relationship continues after confirmation.
Upcoming trips lead with destination, dates, and confirmation context. Past travel remains useful, while modify and cancel actions stay attached to the reservation they affect.
Outcome
Two brands and three experience layers read as one adaptable travel system.
I delivered design direction across three connected layers: public marketing that builds desire and understanding, owner tools that turn membership value into travel, and a reusable Adobe AEM component model that carries proven patterns across WorldMark and Club Wyndham.
02
Distinct travel brands supported through a shared interaction and delivery architecture.
03
Connected layers across public marketing, owner tools, and the reusable AEM system.
01
Component model that preserves brand expression while reducing repeated product structure.
Evidence boundary
The supplied WorldMark and Club Wyndham Figma artifacts verify cross-brand scope, responsive coverage, interaction states, and repeated product anatomy. Quantified business outcomes are not presented because verified performance data was not included with the project materials.

Interface gallery
The story explains the system. The gallery shows the breadth behind it.
I kept the narrative focused on the screens that explain consequential decisions. The full gallery preserves the research, public experience, reservation flow, owner tools, and cross-brand work for visitors who want to inspect the system more closely.
